Regular Board Meeting Information

Below is the regular meeting schedule. The Board of Directors may call special meetings or cancel a regular meeting in their sole discretion.  All notice of meetings will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes.

Regular Meeting Dates:  

• Nos. 4-6: Regular meetings are scheduled the fourth Thursday of every month at 3:00 p.m. by telephone, electronic, or other means not including physical presence.
• No. 11: Regular meetings are scheduled on fourth Thursday of July and October at 3:00 p.m. by telephone, electronic, or other means not including physical presence.
