Regular Board Meeting Information

Below is the regular meeting schedule. The Board of Directors may call special meetings or cancel a regular meeting in their sole discretion.  All notice of meetings will be posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting in compliance with Colorado Revised Statutes.

Regular Meeting Dates:  

• Nos. 4-6: Regular meetings are scheduled for the fourth Thursday of every month, 2026 at 3:00 p.m., via teleconference. An Annual meeting is scheduled for February 26, 2026 at 2:30 p.m., via teleconference.
• Nos. 7-11: Regular meetings are scheduled for the fourth Thursday of July and October 2026 at 3:00 p.m., via teleconference. An Annual meeting is scheduled for February 26, 2026 at 2:45 p.m., via teleconference.
